Lab Work
-The chassis coli Odor free
Liquid cultures of MG1655 and MG1655Z1
The transduction correctly worked. Here the results:

Liquid cultures at 37°C:
- 2 colonies of MG1655 from 100µl dilution
- 1 colony of MG1655 from 50µl dilution
In a tube, add 1 colony of MG1655Z1 in 5ml LB medium, leave at 37°C during the weekend.
