PCR of BBa_K517003

We realized a PCR to amplify the β-pinene synthase gene.

1. H₂O - 29.5 µl
2. Buffer 5X - 10 µl
3. MgCl₂ - 4 µl
4. dNTP - 1µl
5. IPS68bis (25µM) - 2µl
6. IPS69 (25µM) - 2µl
7. DNA - 1µl
8. GoTag enzyme - 0.5µl

Five tubes were prepared. Protocol was modified to match the one used for BBa_K517003 and p cola (PCR conducted on 8th August).

Primers used: iPS66 and iPS67.
