PCR of BBa-K517003

We realized a PCR to amplificate the β-pinene synthase gene.

1. H2O - 29.5 µL
2. Buffer 5X - 10 µL
3. MgCl2 - 4 µL
4. dNTP - 1µL
5. IPS68bis (25µM) - 2µL
6. IPS69 (25µM) - 2µL
7. DNA - 1µL
8. GoTag enzyme - 0.5µL

PCR of BBa_K762100

Five tubes were prepared. Protocol was modified to match the one used for BBa_K517003 and p cola (PCR conducted on 8th August).

Primers used: iPS66 and iPS67.
