Checking the transformations of DH5α

Little or no growth. Spreading the transformation because we suspect a dilution problem :

• 1mL of centrifugated transformed culture
• Discard the supernatant
• Spread 100 µl concentrated solution on Cm petri dishes (chloramphenicol)
