- XL1-Blue pCola-ges Kan
- pJBEI-6409 Cm
New culture
by Romain
New liquid cultures of:
- FNR-RBS-amilCp-Ter DH5αZ1 P5B1C3 Cm
- BBa B0015 dble ter pSB1C3 Cm
4x 5ml LB + 20μl Chloramphenicol + a little of bacteria. We incubate cultures at 37°C.
