Protocol

New culture

New liquid cultures of:

  • FNR-RBS-amilCp-Ter DH5αZ1 P5B1C3 Cm
  • BBa B0015 dble ter pSB1C3 Cm

4x 5ml LB + 20μl Chloramphenicol + a little of bacteria. We incubate cultures at 37°C.
