How many phage and E. coli should be in the oral environment to maintain the efficiency of preventing carries?

The main purpose of our project is to prevent caries forever once we apply the product. To achieve this goal, we use modelling to find out how many phage and E.coli should we put inside. Here we model the killing rate and growing rate of phage and E.coli.
