To generate the pelargonidin operons, we used the constructed parts: BBa_K1497009, BBa_K1497013, K14970013, BBa_K1497011 K14970011 and BBa_K1497002. We assembled all parts in BBa_K1497023 by using BioBrick standard assembly 10. All procedures were performed as described in methods section.
