To generate the pelargonidin operons, we used the constructed parts: <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497009" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497009</a>,<a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497013" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497013</a>, K14970013,<a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497002" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497011</a> K14970011 and <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497002" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497002</a>. We assembled all parts in <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497023" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497023</a> by using BioBrick standard assembly 10. All procedures were performed as described in methods section.
