To generate the pelargonidin operons, we used the constructed parts: <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497012" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497012</a> and <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497013" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497013</a>K14970013. We assembled all parts in <a href="http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1497018" title="Opens internal link in current window" class="internal-link"> BBa_K1497018</a> by using BioBrick standard assembly 10. All procedures were performed as described in methods section.
