K1497002 - Engineered Anthocyanidin Synthase with strong RBS (BOO34-eANS)
Starting from the long ANS sequence isolated from strawberries, we engineered the sequence to remove the tail, blocking the active site. We then synthesized the Gene with pre- and suffix gaining the BioBrick BBa_K1497002.
