<li>Add TAE Buffer (100 mL) and Agarose (1g) to a flask [for a 1% gel]</li>

<li>Cover with plastic wrap, poke hole in top. Then microwave flask until agarose is fully dissolved; avoid boiling</li>

General Protocols
