Colombia Team 2014
Welcome to our wiki :) ! This year iGEM Team Colombia worked hardly in the development of a biosensor for pathogenic bacterium Vibrio cholerae. Our idea was focused on creating a easy-use kit capable to detect this bacterium in several matrices (as different kind of food)giving a simple signal as a positive result (eg. Visible color).
