Medal requirement

Bronze Medal

  • Team registered
  • Completed Judging form
  • We have documented more than one new BioBrick Parts that we used in our project. This part is submitted to iGEM registry. Check out the Data page for more exciting details.

Silver Medal

  • We have characterized THIS PART, and THIS PART function as expected. Check out THIS PAGE for more exciting details.
  • The documentation of THIS PART is also documented in the "Main Page" section in the Part registry of THIS PART.
  • We also submit new parts to the iGEM part Registry.
  • We also consider the safety issues that we concern about our project. We interviewed expert, Read teh transcript of the interview HERE.

Gold Medal

  • We found out BBa_I0500 Pbad promoter has inconsistent sequence. We send another functional Pbad promoter to Part registry; We also measure the RPU of Pbad across different strain of E. coli
