Schedule
What should be prepared for the meetup?
1.Fee of meal: ￥120 per person.The fee of meal, including luncheon and dinner of August 23rd is just a collection charge. It should be transferred to our account of bank of China: 4563513000326369959(Lu Huifang, Tel: 13720134615, after the remittance, inform Ms.Lu ASAP) before August 15th. If invoice of meal is needed, please contact us;
2.Introduction of your teams and some pictures.The name list of participants should be send to the E-mail:igem_ccic@163.com before Aug.1st;
3.Topic and brief introductions of your programs.Word version of your introduction on your team and program are required;
4.Academic poster(90cm*150cm).Just send us the electronic version posters, which will be printed by us, send to the E-mail: igem_ccic@163.com before Aug. 1st ;
5.PPT or Prezi for a speech(20min for lecture + 10min for Q&A).
P.S.
1.Temporary card can be provided, if you want to have some eating or shopping on HZAU campus;
2.A special communication meeting by professors is to be provided to share experience;
3.Recommend taking your uniforms during meetup;
4.The language of meetup should be Chinese.
5.Don’t forget to take with a relaxed and happy mood.
