Today we had a great meeting from the lab team. After that, we dissolved the synthesis (Essentia Biobrick and Bioremediation Biobrick) and we transformed by using electroporation Escherichia coli DH5a and JM110 with the following:

- Negative Control DNA.

- Positive Control with pUC72;

- Sinthesis I: EssentialBiobrick;

- Synthesis II:Bioremediation Biobrick.
