Today we plated DH5a and JM110 transformed with synthesis I - Essential Biobrick and synthesis II – Bioremediation Biobrick. We have also inoculated the transformings in liquid LB medium with 100ug/ml of ampicillin:

Today was also a very exciting day: We got the airplane tickets for the Jamboree from the Secretariat of Sustainable Development (SDS)!!! =)
