Continue purification of another eight plasmid DNA from Carb Resistant Vector clones for testing later next week.

Today's tasks:
  • Made glycerol stock and Miniprepped clones.
    • Carb Reporter Vector clones: acfA-1, acfA-2, acfB-1, acfB-2, ctxA-1, ctxA-2, tcpT-1, tcpT-2
  • Nanodrop to measure DNA concentration.
  • Inoculated colonies from 8/27 Transformation of Carb Reporters in Carb broth.
    • acfA (2), acfB(2), ctxA (2), tcpT (2)
