Continue purification of another eight plasmid DNA from Carb Resistant Vector clones for testing later next week.

- Made glycerol stock and Miniprepped clones.
- Carb Reporter Vector clones: acfA-1, acfA-2, acfB-1, acfB-2, ctxA-1, ctxA-2, tcpT-1, tcpT-2
- Nanodrop to measure DNA concentration.
- Inoculated colonies from 8/27 Transformation of Carb Reporters in Carb broth.
