Our plating of DH5a and JM110 transformed with the Essential Biobrick and Bioremediation Biobrick grew!!

DH5a Transformed with Essential Biobrick

We have made na inoculum in liquid LB media extracted by na isolated colony from the transformings of DH5α with the Bioremediation Biobrick; DH5α with the Essential Biobrick ; JM110 with Bioremediation Biobrick to start minipreping tomorrow!

We also had an awesome meeting with all the team members of UFAM_Brazil!!!!! We were there to keep all updated on the activities of the different groups
