1.Mix

3.aliquot in 1 mL stocks and store at -20°C

4. use 1µL per 1mL medium

Induction chemicals

IPTG (Isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside)

1. Dissolve 238 mg IPTG in 10 mL water

2. store in 1mL aliquots at -20°C
