Today's tasks:
  • Glycerol stock + Miniprep reporters for toxT & tcpD
  • Gel extraction + purification of RBS-carb back bone
  • Test Digest + Gel Electrophoresis Reporters on Carb
  • Ligation + Transformation: B1 reporters vectors on Carb back bone
  • Inoculation more RBS for later use.
  • We decided to postpone working on the failed chromoproteins since we had enough working ones
