| Today's tasks:

- Glycerol stock + Miniprep reporters for toxT & tcpD
- Gel extraction + purification of RBS-carb back bone
- Test Digest + Gel Electrophoresis Reporters on Carb
- Ligation + Transformation: B1 reporters vectors on Carb back bone
- Inoculation more RBS for later use.
- We decided to postpone working on the failed chromoproteins since we had enough working ones
