- ✔ We plan to present our poster and talk at the iGEM 2014 Giant Jamboree.
- ✔ We attributed the work done by all the people who made this project possible. The attibutions can be seen at:https://2014.igem.org/Team:IIT_Delhi/Attributions
- ✔ We documented three new standard BioBrick Parts and submitted these parts to the iGEM Registry.
- Part Number: BBa_K1395001
- Part Number: BBa_K1395002
- Part Number: BBa_K1395003
Additional Requirements for a Silver Medal:
- ✔We experimentally validated that our new BioBrick Parts works as expected, the validation can be seen at the following links:
- Part Number: nrfA gene (Nitrite reductase enzyme) under constitutive promoter
- Part Number: sqr gene (sulfide quinone reductase) under constitutive promoter
- Part Number: sqr gene (sulfide quinone reductase) and cysI gene (sulfur reductase) under constitutive promoter
- ✔ We documented the characterization of these parts in the “Main Page” section of that Part’s/Device’s Registry entry.
- Part Number: BBa_K1395001
- Part Number: BBa_K1395002
- Part Number: BBa_K1395003
- ✔ We submitted these new parts to the iGEM Parts Registry (our submissions adhered to the iGEM Registry guidelines).
- Part Number: BBa_K1395001
- Part Number: BBa_K1395002
- Part Number: BBa_K1395003
- ✔ We articulated important questions encountered by our team and described how our team considered these questions within your project. We also included attributions to all experts and stakeholders consulted.

- Question 1: What constitutes suitable and unsuitable use of organisms by humans? Should organisms be ever used in research? Do organisms have "rights" as we have human rights?
- Question 2:Going from genetic manipulation in microorganism to plants, animals and humans. Should we mark a line cautioning genetic manipulation and put a bound at some point ?
- Question 3: When we create a GMO, what motive we have in our mind? Commercial, Humanitarian, inquisitiveness, professional honor, national interest, to improve mankind etc. !
- Question 4: Is there any feasibility of homologous recombination of our biobricks into other organisms if it gets released into biosphere ?
- We also organized an Online Case-Study Competition-Here is a link to it, you have to fill the form to see the questions
- Best Supporting Art & Design-Our team will present an art installation at the Giant Jamboree
- ✔ We collaborated with Game Designer Mr. Karan Varshney and our team member shashank and he made a multi-platform game "ECO COLI" based on the project of our theme- The game for android platform can be downloaded at HERE , and the game for windows PC can be downloaded at HERE
