    • Pellet of 2ml
    • Add SB1X
    • Add beads => vortex
    • 5 min at 85°C
    2nd sample 
    • 2ml of purification product
    • 10µL of sample
    • 10µl of SB 2X
    • Exposure at CuCl2
    => SDS PAGE
    Digestion psB6A1 (miniprep 10/06/14) and VPGXG 20 (PCR 10/06/14)
    Plasmid digestion Insert digestion
    H2O 5,6µl 16,38µl
    10X buffer 4 2µl 2µl
    XbaI 0,25µl 0,25µL
