In this part, using analytical tools from game theory and GMO as an example, we analyzed the four types of market the new bio-technologies often end up in: total success, partial success, total failure, near failure, and analyzed the current conditions of each situation for policy suggestions.
Intellectual Property Law
We design a rewirable circuit in our project, which means that cell may automatically make variations and produce new significative gene. So the belonging of the gene’s intellectual property right would be controversial.
