Raw Data
Each experiment that we have done has been documented throughout the summer.
You can find here our experiment sheets, which sums up strains used, experimental setups and results.
You can download here our experimental results in a Matlab format. Each experiment corresponds to a structure. Yo will find variables, like time, inputs of HSL (the same serial dillution was done consecutively for all HSLs),relative fluorescence (the naming corresponds to strain number, sort of input and rFluo) and its standard deviations).
