Transformations Results: It workeeeeed!! YAY!! | ||

Negative control,didn’t grow and the eficiency was quite low. In this day we also plated the transforming ones using another plate with ampicylin 100ug/ml in it. We inoculated JM110 and C2925 transformed pUC72 5ml in liquid medium with ampicylin 100ug/ml, we prepared an inocula from the JM110 and C2925 not transformed in 5ml of liquid medium with 40 ug/ml of streptomycin. | ||
