Transformations Results: It workeeeeed!! YAY!!

Negative control, didn’t grow and the efficiency was quite low.

In this day we also plated the transformed ones using another plate containing ampicillin 100ug/ml. It was inoculated transformed JM110 and C2925 with pUC72. 5 ml in liquid medium with ampicillin 100ug/ml, we prepared an inoculum of JM110 and C2925 not transformed in 5ml of liquid medium with 40 ug/ml of streptomycin.
