Today's tasks:
Glycerol stock + Miniprep reporters for toxT & tcpD Gel extraction + purification of RBS-carb back bone Test Digest + Gel Electrophoresis Reporters on Carb Ligation + Transformation: B1 reporters vectors on Carb back bone Inoculation more RBS for later use. We decided to postpone working on the failed chromoproteins since we had enough working ones
