LET'S START AN AWESOME WEEK OF WORK AFTER THE RELAXING WEEKEND OF POST OUTREACH! WHOOSH! July 28,2014 we did PCR Purification for i5.15.1-21. We also did a test digestion and gel electrophesis
Today's tasks:

* Regroup and reorganize after our outreach on Friday.

* Work on wiki navigation, notebook sections, and human practices sections.

* Redo PCR & PCR purify (gRNA)-(binding sequence)-RBS-eYFP from Thursday. (22 reactions)

* Test digest PCR product

* Gel electrophoresis/purification of PCR product

* Test digestion and gel electrophoresis of acfC, acfD, tcpT.
