Uhuu!! The transformation in DH5a of the BB_Essential, BB_Bioremediation, BB_Essential + BB_Bioremediation in PSB1C3 worked!!! We selected some colonies to make PCR tomorrow. Today we also made some adjustments for our apresentation tomorrow for high school students at Iranduba, an inner city of our state, Amazonas, we’re all really excited!
