Today we transformed Escherichia coli DH5α through electroporation using 1µl of the binding system (BB_Essential to E0840, K346004 and to BB_Bioremediation) made yesterday. It was plated 50 and 200 µl in solid LB with ampicillin at 100 µg/µl and chloramphenicol 34 µg/µl.
