Calculus and solutions manufacturing course taught by Márcia Neiva to the new iGEM members! Solutions prepared: 1 liter of TEB buffer 10x, 200ml of Tris-HCl 1M pH 8, 200ml of NaCl 3M, 200ml de EDTA 0,5M pH 7,5, 100ml de CaCl2 1M, 10ml of Sample buffer – Electroforesis!
