Oligo Annealing
Reagents
| 96 µL | TE-buffer + 56 mM NaCl |
| 2 µL | Primer forward |
| 2 µL | Primer reverse |
Procedure
- Dilute the primers in buffer.
- Heat the solution to 98 °C and decrease temperature slowly to 25 °C.
- Use for ligation.
