• It would probably be best to repeat this experiment with a control set of cells that have been induced but do not have any extra protein expression in their curli monomers

Made 1 mL cell stocks of all pHBD54-57 in both LSR10 and PHL cells - 500 microliters of LB+ cells , combined with 500 microliters of 50% glycerol in PBS

Grew up LSR10 and PHL cells along with pHBD 53 in PHL cells, with hopes of inducing before the day is over, so that we can perform another Congo Red Spin Down Assay and make sure that the proteins that we have added are not inhibiting curli expression
