Goodbye Azodye UCL iGEM 2014

Primers for PpAzoR, PpAzoR1B6, BsCotA, BsDyP, PpDyP and BsAzoR for the purpose of adding the BioBrick prefix and suffix as shown in the figure below. The figures following represent the rationale behind each primer design


Our primer designs all aimed to optimise successful PCR. Because of try to design primers close to the following rules

  • Primer melting temperature - Between 52-58oC.
  • Primer annaeling temperature -
  • GC Content - 40-60% G and C bases
