iGEM IIT Delhi 2014

Here's our Notebook- a log in which we have written about what we've been doing in the lab (We're worked hard, We promise !)

✔ Week 1,2,3,4: Our initial week's work comprised of sessions in which our team had lab safety training and learned how to implement different protocols. Ex: Genomic DNA Extraction, Gel Electrophoresis etc. Click here to see the notebook of these weeks

✔ Week 5-6-7-8: These week's work consists of more protocol implementation. Ex: Restriction Digestion, Ligation, 3A(RFC10) Assembly etc. and it also includes brainstorming the problem solving Click here to see the notebook of these weeks

✔ Week 9-10 : Here we started performing actual experiments involved in the project Click here to see the notebook of these weeks

✔ Week 11 : Plasmid Preps, Gel Runs , Restriction digestions and Ligations as our 3A assembly failed initially. Click here to see the notebook of this week

✔ Week 12 : More and more Preps, Runs , Digestions and Ligations. Click here to see the notebook of this week

✔ Week 13 : More and more Preps, Runs , Digestions and Ligations. Click here to see the notebook of this week
