We would like to thank our mentors Prof. Ziauddin Sheikh Ahmad, Prof. Virendra Swarup Bisaria,Prof. Prashant Mishra and Prof. James Gomes for guiding us throughout this journey, helping in the successful completion of our project and for their consistent feedback and support.

We would want to specially mention the names of Prof PVM Rao, Prof MR Ravi and Prof Anurag Sharma for helping us in managing our finances.

Also special thanks to Miss Neeti kalyani(PhD Scholar, DBEB IITD) for the guidance she provided in the lab work and to Miss Vinita Krishna(PhD Scholar, DMS IITD) for acknowledging us about the policy in GMO and IPR of which we earlier uninformed.
