  • sigma;x, BBa_K1379004 : gene sequence of competence protein comX which produces sigma;x factor. sigma;x factor induces promoter containing combox sequence (PcelA and Phelicase).
  • PcelA promoter, BBa_K1379000 : a sigma;x-inducible promoter (containing combox sequence) which initiates the transcription of competence CelA protein.
  • Phelicase promoter, BBa_K1379001 : a sigma;x-inducible promoter (containing combox sequence) which initiates the transcription of helicase protein.
