- Experimentally validated new BioBrick parts
- Documented the characterization of new BioBrick parts on the registry
- New parts have been submitted to the iGEM Parts Registry

Gold
- Improved the function and characterized existing BioBrick part
- We further characterized Part: BBa_K1218011.
- Added a phage packaging signal to Part: BBa_K1218011, resulting in a CRISPR-Cas9 phagemid. Submitted the new part Part: BBa_K1445001
- Collaborated with CSU Fort Collins
