1st

Organization

where to get:

  • key cards and keys for the lab
  • cooled centifuge
  • space in -80 °C
  • bottles for 70 % ethanol
  • ... (problems of a first year team ^^)

  • gel with M - full -full - REACh1 SOE3.2 - REACH2 SOE3.2 - M
    → 120 V, 30 min
    → cut out the bands
