  • alsS, ilvC, ilvD, kivD and backbone pSB1K3
    • This week we tried to begin from zero again with optimized conditions and new competent cells.
      Therefor we prepared new plasmids from alsS, ilvC, ilvD, kivD and the backbone pSB1K3-RFP
