Bandage requirements
1. Start-up: breaking of the water pockets and hydrating gel/activating L. lactis.
2. Operation: growth of L. lactis, detecting quorum molecules and secreting Nisin, AiiA, DspB.
3. Shut-down: nutrient depletion, cell destruction.
