Safety


To avoid an eventual contamination and apply the emergency mesures in the lab,

deep attention is taken to use safely our lab equipement and our EColi bacteria.

Because our system could be used to enhance the production of a dangerous protein,

gloves, glasses and coat are part of our usual equipment,

especially during electrophoresis.

The containment of the bacteria should not be a primary issue:

it is the reason why our project doesn't currently include a biocontainment component.

However, we could easily manage to include an inhibitor of the transcription of the antitoxin

under the control of an environmental signal.
