Sensor construction bphR2/PbpR1

J23114 haven't grown because there was in bad antibiotic so it was cultured in Ampicilline. Miniprep has been done for bphR1, bphR2, RFP, terminator.
Plasmid containing RFP, bphR2,terminator and bphR1 has been digested:

  • RFP was digested by speI/pstI and terminator by XbaI/pstI to ligate them
  • bphR2 was digested by speI/pstI to ligate to the terminator
  • bphR1 was digested by EcoRI/speI
