July 23,2014 we performed transformations on acfA, acfB, acfC,acfD, tcpT, and a negative control on chlora plates. We also ran a PCR and purification on DNA labeled i5.15.1-21 however they did fail, because we forgot to put the template in as seen in figure :7.23.1 and figure:7.23.2.
