Hi, what’s up?! Today the team had a meeting to start the experiment design to quantify remediated mercury by DH5α with the construction BB_Essential + BB_Bioremediation. We’re going to do two experiments:

- Measure cell growth of bioremediator Mercury bacter in LM medium on the concentrations of 1ug/ml, 2.5ug/ml, 5ug/ml, 10ug/ml and 20ug/ml comparing it to a non-recombinant bacteria.

- Quantification of remediated Hg by Mercury Bacter;
