May: Amplify biobricks.
June: Clone the WT DNAQ ,recA,umuC,umuD from E.coli.
July: Perform the point-mutation and truncation of the four genes.
August: Add prefix and suffix to the genes;
            Add RBS to the genes.
September: Construct the polycistron plasmid
    (DNAQ926+umuD’;umuC+recA730;umuD’+umuC+recA730;DNAQ926+umuD’+umuC+recA730;); <p>            Add promoter to construct the expression vector; <p>            Test the mutation rate.
October: adapt the testing method and test the mutation rates.
            Prepare the biobrick for submission.
