We assembling the plasmid for the chromoproteins for bio-arts and potential outreach program later. We also assemble 7 of Kortne's reporter vectors that we didn't do before(Promoter+target-sequence+RBS+eYFP), 5 reporter vectors that we are sending for sequencing.

• Digest more promoter vectors (we ran out).
• Test digest gRNA and reporter vectors for ctxB.
• Overnight ligation of chromoprotein with promoter, reporter vectors with promoter.
